Please allow up to 10 business days for me to send your order, although most orders will be shipped within 3 working days.

Shipping on all orders over €30 is via a fully insured and tracked service, delivery can typically take 2-5 days worldwide. Expect a few extra days for Australia, NZ and remote areas.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking information. 

Please be aware that VAT and any other customs charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods.

The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country and are based on the contents' value. Unfortunately I cannot advise on what these may be and have no control over them. Please contact your customs authority for help.

If you're not completely happy with your order please get in touch by emailing info@theartofmadderdoit.com please include your name as per the original order, as well as your order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you'll have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For the item to be elegible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging.

I will do my best to resolve any issues, but please be aware I can only refund the amount paid for the item and not the postage, nor can I cover the postage costs for returning an item as well as any and all customs charges involved with sending and returning. I am not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so I can evaluate and rectify the issue. If any items need replacing or returning due to defects, damages or incorrect item received - I will take care of the issues without any further cost to you.

I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
